What You’ll Do
As an HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Support in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding formalities.
- Employee Engagement : Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, celebrations, and communication initiatives.
- HR Operations : Maintain employee records, support HR documentation, and help streamline HR processes.
- Attendance & Leave Management : Assist in tracking attendance, work-from-home requests, and leave updates.
- HR Analytics : Help prepare reports and trackers related to recruitment, attrition, and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or related field.Strong communication and coordination skills.High attention to detail with a proactive and learning mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HR tools will be an added advantage.Why Join Us
