Job Description

• Oversee the IT infrastructure and systems within the organization.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; protect company assets.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Provide end-user support. Manage user accounts, including set up, removal, and resetting passwords in order to ensure confidentiality and proper use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently and escalate if necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of all technology devices.
