Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level professional for the position of VIETNAM B2B located in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban. As a full-time role, this position demands an individual who is proficient in B2B operations, with a keen understanding of the travel industry, particularly in enhancing our business relationships while focusing on quality customer experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in B2B operations is mandatory for this role, ensuring extensive business relationship management. (Mandatory skill)
  • Deep knowledge of travel destinations is essential to provide insightful recommendations and create compelling travel experiences.
  • Experience in customization of travel services to accommodate individual needs and preferences in order to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in packaging holiday deals and offering diverse travel solutions tailored to client requirements is required.
  • Skill in preparing detailed quotations to ensure transparency and clarity in the financial aspects of travel planning.
  • Expertise in itinerary planning to create comprehensive and engaging travel plans that captivate our discerning clientele.
  • Knowledge of DMC (Destination Management Company) operations to effectively partner and manage destination resources.
  • Strong skills in destination management to oversee and enhance travel offerings at specific locations efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with business partners to enhance the value proposition within the B2B segment.
  • Customize travel offerings based on client specifications, providing bespoke travel solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Create and manage comprehensive travel itineraries that cater to diverse interests and travel preferences.
  • Ensure transparent communication in preparing and presenting travel quotations for client approval.
  • Collaborate with the DMC team to utilize local knowledge and resources for optimal travel experience deliveries.
  • Continuously update knowledge of travel destinations to offer the most current and exciting options to clients.
  • Enhance product offerings based on market trends and client feedback to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Assist in executing core values in service delivery, ensuring client trust and satisfaction in every transaction.
