Senior Salesforce Developer - Sales & Service Cloud

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The role involves designing, building, and continuously improving the clients online platform while ensuring reliability, scalability, and best practice implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Core, Industry-specific solutions, and Front-End Development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and enhance Salesforce-based applications and solutions in line with client requirements and best practices
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technology solutions that improve platform functionality and user experience
• Take responsibility for the resiliency, availability, and scalability of assigned Salesforce products
• Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce Core products including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for scalable and efficient front-end development
• Deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) for industry-specific applications
• Configure and customize Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) to deliver seamless digital experiences
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with Salesforce coding standards and security best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
