Salesforce Developer - SFDC Sales Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 58 years of hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, automate processes, and support enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and maintainable Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and APIs.
• Develop and optimize Flows, automation, and workflows for streamlined business processes.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, or custom services.
• Handle data migration and transformation using Data Loader, SOQL, and ETL tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support and optimize multi-org / multi-currency Salesforce implementations.
• Ensure best practices for governance, version control (Copado, Git), and release management.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Work in Agile / Scrum environments using Jira or similar tools for sprint planning and tracking.
