Senior Salesforce Developer - Sales & Service Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce applications that support our business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in a wide range of Salesforce technologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and robust :

• Application Development : Design, build, and enhance custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning framework to create intuitive and efficient user API & Integration : Architect and implement REST API integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Platform Expertise : Work across a diverse range of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent Force, and Experience Cloud to support various business units and customer-facing experiences.
• DevOps & Version Control : Utilize DevOps tools such as Gearset and GIT for continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD), version control, and streamlined release management.
• Collaborative Delivery : Partner with business analysts, solution architects, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions from concept to deployment.
• Best Practices : Follow and champion Salesforce development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation to ensure code quality, performance, and :
• Experience : A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Core Skills : Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce development.
• Integration : Strong experience in building and managing integrations with Salesforce via REST, SOAP, and other web services.
• Cloud Knowledge : Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of at least two of the following : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• DevOps : Hands-on experience with version control systems (GIT) and deployment tools (Gearset, SFDX, or similar).
• Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
