Job descriptionBachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on e-commerce. Proven experience working with the Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware) platform. Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, customer journeys, and online retail operations. Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager and its various modules (e.G., catalog, promotions, pricing, content management, ordering). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with integration concepts and experience working with integrated systems is a plus. Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.G., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Experience with A / B testing and personalization strategies. Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce. Experience with project management tools (e.G., Jira, Confluence).
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories and functional specifications for the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, its capabilities, and limitations.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with platform best practices.
- Configure and customize the Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager to support business requirements.
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in testing efforts, including developing test plans and test cases, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and issues and propose solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce B2C Commerce features and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce B2C Commerce functionalities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce processes and systems.
