Job descriptionWork directly with a seasoned Executive Search leader with 20+ years of industry wisdom Get hands-on experience recruiting for mid and senior leadership roles globally. Opportunity to manage client relationships directly and represent the organization in key interactions. Build genuine, long-term client relationships - no robotic KPIs, just real impact. Understanding client briefs and aligning hiring strategies with business goals Sourcing top-tier talent through databases, referrals, social platforms, and headhunting Screening candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit Conducting interviews and preparing detailed candidate summaries Managing client communications - from requirement gathering to feedback and negotiations Coordinating interview schedules , feedback loops, and offer rollouts Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding for successful hires Maintaining candidate pipelines and building long-term relationships Researching industries and talent markets to stay ahead of hiring trends 5-7 years of experience in executive or leadership hiring . You've done 180 recruitment - from managing clients to closing roles like a pro. Solid communication skills, and the ability to make both clients and candidates feel heard and valued. A go-getter mindset : proactive, reliable, and seriously motivated. You can manage end-to-end recruitment smoothly and professionally - because this isn't your first rodeo. 1-day work from home - flexibility to work remotely once a week.
