About the role :
We are seeking a technically proficient and compliance-aware IT Associate / IT Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure within a finance-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across cloud platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and network security, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, RBI, and CSCRF.
Roles & Responsibility :
Resolve 95% of IT-related issues within defined SLAs, ensure 98% user satisfaction, and maintain high-quality deliverables with minimal downtime.
Conduct quarterly risk assessments
Deploy, manage, and optimize services on AWS and Microsoft Azure
Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Configure and enforce policies using Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions
Conduct and support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) audits
Implement and monitor security controls aligned with financial regulatory frameworks
Maintain endpoint protection and threat detection using Microsoft Defender and other tools
Configure and manage FortiGate, Sophos, and SonicWall firewalls
Monitor network traffic, enforce segmentation, and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Administer Linux servers and automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Maintain detailed records of configurations, incidents, and compliance reports
Assist in preparing audit documentation and responding to regulatory inquiries
Maintain system health, patching, and performance optimization across platforms
Support VPN, secure remote access, and intrusion prevention systems
Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements contribute to long-term IT strategy with bi-annual reviews.
Collaborate across teams to meet project goals on time
Conduct bi-annual disaster recovery drills
Implement at least two cost-saving initiatives annually.
Maintain 100% server uptime through regular monitoring, enforce data security protocols, perform weekly data backups, and ensure all access controls are reviewed quarterly.
Select and onboard IT vendors based on predefined criteria ensure 100% contract compliance and timely renewals, and monitor vendor performance quarterly, addressing any non-compliance within 2 weeks.
Conduct semi-annual audits of software licenses, and ensure all systems are audit-ready with zero non-conformities & maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes.
Your key qualifications & competencies :
Any Graduate with CCNA or MCSE certified will be added advantage but not mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in IT roles within finance or regulated industries
Strong knowledge of SEBI, RBI, or CSCRF compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and MDM
Proficiency in VAPT, cybersecurity best practices, and endpoint protection
Knowledge of trading applications BOD - EOD, i.e., Odin and Omnesys is a must.
Basic understanding of exchange setup software NEAT, Bolt. Bolt plus
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of network troubleshooting of exchange lease line.
Troubleshooting of email issues and outlook configuration.
Basic understanding of Apple MAC Operating systems troubleshooting.
Database Server like MS-SQL, MySQL installation, troubleshooting and Backup
Understanding of corporate networks, LAN / WAN infrastructure (Networking, wireless, VPN, and security)
Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing will be added advantage.
Proficiency with shared storage technologies. G-suite, Office 365
Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems installation and troubleshooting
Language proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.
Ability to interact at all levels; communicate to team & stakeholders.
