Role :  Senior Associate

Location :  Onsite – Mumbai, India

We are seeking an AI Consultant who combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery expertise. This role is focused on helping clients adopt AI responsibly and effectively, while also overseeing the delivery and governance of AI projects. The ideal candidate brings a balance of business acumen, AI knowledge, and consulting skills, ensuring that AI solutions generate real value, are ethically governed, and are successfully scaled within organizations.

Key Responsibilities

AI Adoption & Transformation

Guide clients through their AI adoption journey : awareness, discovery, pilots, scaling, and optimization.

Assess organizational readiness across people, processes, technology, and data.

Drive change management initiatives to enable smooth adoption and long-term impact.

Consulting & Advisory

Lead end-to-end AI consulting assignments, from opportunity assessment to delivery oversight.

Translate business priorities into AI strategies, use cases, and roadmaps with clear ROI.

Deliver structured consulting outputs such as diagnostic reports, adoption frameworks, and implementation blueprints.

AI Project Delivery & Governance

Oversee AI project development, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business outcomes.

Establish and monitor governance frameworks covering ethics, compliance, model performance, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate with technical teams (data scientists, engineers, product owners) to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

Define success metrics and ensure projects deliver measurable business value.

Vendor & Client Relationship Management

Manage relationships with technology vendors, AI platforms, and service providers to ensure solution quality and alignment with client goals.

Build strong, trusted partnerships with client stakeholders, from C-level executives to operational leaders.

Act as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Business Development

Contribute to proposals, pitches, and go-to-market activities for AI consulting and adoption services.

Identify opportunities to expand AI adoption programs within existing accounts.

Develop internal IP, frameworks, and playbooks to accelerate delivery and scale consulting impact.

Research & Thought Leadership

Stay current with AI advancements, governance standards, and industry adoption models.

Publish thought leadership and represent the firm at industry forums, webinars, and client workshops.

Shape internal perspectives on responsible AI adoption and governance.

Key Qualifications

Education & Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or AI strategy / delivery roles.

AI & Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of AI technologies (GenAI, ML, NLP, CV, automation) and their enterprise applications.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI ecosystems.

Experience in AI solution delivery, project governance, and lifecycle management.

Consulting & Business Skills

Proven ability to deliver complex consulting assignments with measurable outcomes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business storytelling capabilities.

Experience working with C-level executives and multi-stakeholder environments.

Vendor & Client Management

Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment of deliverables.

Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on trust and long-term value creation.

Business Development

Ability to support sales pursuits, proposals, and pitches with a focus on AI adoption and delivery.

Experience positioning AI as a driver of competitive advantage.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for AI adoption.

Good to Have

Prior experience in client-facing strategy consulting, especially in top-tier consulting firms or digital transformation practices.

Strong technical development background (e.g., experience in building AI / ML models, data pipelines, or AI-enabled applications).

Experience in helping build or scale a growth-stage startup, ideally in the AI, SaaS, or digital transformation space.

Exposure to AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.

Ability to contribute to thought leadership through published work, events, or community engagement.
