Qualifications :

8+ years in technical writing , with preferably networking / telecommunications / contact center domain, DITA / Oxygen tool knowledge and with the educational background in computer science, prior Client experience will be highly preferred.

We are looking for experienced candidates with an Engineering or Computer Science background and strong writing skills to create and maintain product documentation in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in technical writing within these fields.
