About the Role :

Were seeking a Technical Writer to lead and manage product and technical documentation for our BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and compliance teams to create clear, accurate, and developer-friendly documentation across our APIs, SDKs, backend systems, and merchant integration guides.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain high-quality, structured documentation for :

1. BNPL merchant onboarding flow

2. API and SDK references (REST, Webhooks, Events)

3. Credit decisioning & checkout orchestration flows

4. Integration guides for merchants, lenders, and platforms

5. Repayment flows, refunds, and reconciliation processes

6. Product feature releases, changelogs, and knowledge base article
