About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join a pioneering team focused on next-generation quantum security technologies. This role involves creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for both software and hardware products, particularly within the cybersecurity domain. You will be responsible for producing user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting documents, and engaging training materials in various formats including slides and videos.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation such as User Manuals, Installation Guides, Troubleshooting Documents, and Training Materials.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity specialists to gather technical content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Create and update online help systems, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Regularly review and revise documentation in line with evolving product features and customer feedback.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company style guides and standards for clarity and consistency.
• Design visually engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations and PDF documents for internal and external training.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, PDF editors, PowerPoint, and multimedia tools for document and content creation.
• Ensure content is accessible and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.
