We are currently looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for our team in Gujarat.

Job Summary :

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, expanding our market presence, and strengthening client relationships within shipping, air cargo, and freight forwarding services across key regions in Gujarat. This role requires strong market knowledge, client acquisition skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business acquisition across air freight, ocean freight, LCL, and door-to-door solutions.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Promote Jeena's end-to-end logistics offerings in the assigned region.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain updated sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and margin targets as set by the Sales Head.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to DSO standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales / business development within logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of Gujarat's logistics ecosystem (ICDs, ports, airports, and industrial hubs).
  • Basic understanding of import / export documentation and trade lanes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the assigned territory.
