Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in advertising / media agencies . The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition, pitching integrated marketing solutions, and building long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the leadership and strategy teams to grow SRV Media’s client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within advertising, digital marketing, and creative services .
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
- Create and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, technology) to craft solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic client acquisition.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of business development / client servicing experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency .Strong network of corporate contacts and proven track record in closing deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand marketing funnels, media planning, and creative strategies .Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.MBA in Marketing / Advertising background preferred.
