Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead who can take complete ownership of the testing lifecycle for web and API-based applications. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in automation, solid manual testing experience, and the ability to mentor and guide a QA team while ensuring high-quality releases.

Leadership & Coordination :

• Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high-quality execution.
• Establish, refine, and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to support delivery goals.
