What will be your responsibilities :

alliantgroup is seeking a skilled, experienced 8+years to join our growing Valuation practice for US and UK Clients. In this position, you will play a key role in performing and managing business valuation engagements for both financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting for various industries.

Strong communication skills, driven, and in-depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to :

• Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation
• Goodwill Impairments
• Gift and Estate Valuation
• 409A / Stock Compensation (ASC 718)
• Reviewing of 3rd party valuations
• Assembling market / guideline / comparable financial and valuation data
• Valuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.
• Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc.
• Financial Modelling
• Understanding of US Tax laws will be preferred.
• Financial Reporting and Regulatory compliance under IFRS and / or US GAAP
