We are hiring an Investment Banker - Real Estate Financing for a high-growth financial advisory & investment platform.

This is a leadership role with full P&L responsibility, offering faster career progression compared to traditional banks & NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Originate and source real estate financing deals across syndication, land intermediation, asset management, and strategy.
• Manage transactions from origination to closure, including due diligence and documentation.
• Lead and mentor the buy-side team, ensuring high-quality deliverables (IMs, financial models, presentations, market analysis).
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Provide feedback on transaction documents and negotiate key commercial terms.
