Role Overview.

We are seeking a highly accomplished finance and strategy leader with deep expertise in #RealEstateInvestments, #Transactions, and #AssetManagement.

The Vice President will drive strategic growth, lead investment decision-making, and optimize performance across Ridhira Groups real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities.

• Develop and execute corporate strategy for #LuxuryResidential, #MixedUseDevelopment, and #CommercialAssets.
• Conduct Feasibility Studies, Market Assessments, and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead Investment Structuring, Joint Venture Negotiations, and large-scale #AcquisitionDeals.
• Manage Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, Valuation, and transaction execution.
• Build relationships with Investors, Funding Partners, Private Equity, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
• Optimize Portfolio Performance, enhance revenues, and reduce costs.
• Oversee Fund Raising, Debt Funding, and Equity Capital structuring.
• Integrate ESG and Sustainability principles into real estate investments.
