Job Title : ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Specialist

Job Type : Remote (US Shift : 2 PM to 11 PM)

Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM expert to configure and customize ServiceNow applications for Strategic Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing SPM modules, including Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications to meet business requirements
• Implement and manage Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning modules
• Develop and maintain SPM workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and prioritize projects
• Provide training and support to end-users on SPM best practices
• Analyze and optimize SPM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
