Job Summary :
We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM expert to configure and customize ServiceNow applications for Strategic Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing SPM modules, including Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications to meet business requirements
- Implement and manage Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning modules
- Develop and maintain SPM workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and prioritize projects
- Provide training and support to end-users on SPM best practices
- Analyze and optimize SPM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
