Highly Skilled Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on ServiceNow platform which includes architecting technical implementations multiple products within ServiceNow including ITSM, Workflows and so on. 2. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. 3. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. 4.Good experience on Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development 5. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations. 6. Experience and knowledge in Building of custom automation workflows, RPA, and development of customized modules.
Good-to-Have Experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services.

1 Participate in the full development life cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing, to documentation, delivery, support, and maintenance
2 Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
3 Collaborate with customer and onsite / offshore team to do thorough impact analysis and to provide solutions accordingly.
4 Good analytical and communication skill to Collaborate with Client and offshore team.
