Role Summary

We are seeking a senior leader with a proven track record in BFSI communications, capital markets, and advisory. The role demands expertise in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and crisis handling for top-tier BFSI and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital markets and BFSI mandates including IPO communications, investor relations, and shareholder engagement
  • Advise CXOs and boards on reputation management and strategic communication for complex transactions
  • Build and manage communication strategies for crisis situations across BFSI clients
  • Conduct research, peer benchmarking, and market scanning to provide insight-led advisory
  • Develop and mentor teams to deliver excellence in client service and execution
  • Desired Profile

  • 15-18 years of experience in BFSI, capital markets, investor relations, or financial communications
  • Strong credentials in reputation management, crisis handling, and advisory at a leadership level
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory landscape, and BFSI ecosystem
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver impact in complex environments
