  • Oversee execution, track project health, and ensure seamless delivery in coordination with operations.
  • Relationship Leadership

  • Build and maintain trust across all customer levels—from operational stakeholders to the C-suite.
  • Contact Matrix Management

  • Map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Inspire and align internal teams (without direct authority) through clear direction and collaboration.
  • Time & Priority Management

  • Balance internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation.
  • Key Accountabilities

  • Deepen and expand customer relationships across key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Partner with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve defined growth targets within assigned verticals.
