Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment Focus)

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end hiring : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across tech roles (Python Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, etc.) as well as non-tech when required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using platforms like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements and craft impactful JDs.
• Deliver a fast turnaround on urgent roles without compromising on quality.
• Ensure every candidate has a positive experience through the recruitment journey.

✅ Strong, proven experience in recruitment, especially for technical roles.

✅ Ability to work independently and confidently – no constant handholding needed.

✅ High energy and urgency – thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple hiring demands.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable engaging with candidates and leadership.

✅ Prior experience in a fast-growing IT / tech company is a big plus.
