Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations and ensure seamless coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and multitasking skills, a process-oriented mindset, and a keen eye for operational efficiency. This role plays a vital part in maintaining structured workflows, supporting management decisions, and ensuring smooth execution of both internal and client-related activities.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Support the Operations Head in daily workflow, task tracking, and internal coordination.
• Maintain and update operational reports, timesheets, and project documentation.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments, vendors, and client-facing teams.
• Assist in onboarding, compliance, and documentation of new employees.
• Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and client deployment tracking.
• Handle data entry, reporting, and management of operational dashboards.
• Identify and resolve administrative or process-related bottlenecks proactively.
• Support management in preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, automation, and team productivity.
