Aarla is a design-led, art-based lifestyle brand blending Indian tradition, culture, and storytelling into products people actually use and love. We value soul, purpose, and craft over fluff.

I’m hiring Employee No. 1 (because I don’t count ) : someone who will roll up their sleeves and help me run and grow the brand every day.

What you’ll do (hands-on, daily)

  • Manage vendors, customers, and orders end-to-end
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations (inventory, packing, dispatch, follow-ups)
  • Support marketing & storytelling (basic Canva, captions, DMs, logistics)
  • Man our stalls at events / pop-ups; represent Aarla in person
  • Learn how a D2C brand is built and shipped — for real, not in a deck

Compensation & terms (fixed)

  • 6-month internship : ₹12,000 / month
  • Full-time after internship : ₹15,000 / month (reviewed as the brand grows)
  • On-site only : Ashok Nagar, Chennai (no remote / hybrid)
