About the Role

As a

Design Operations Assistant , you’ll support our team of designers by

managing creative workflows, documentation, and approvals. You’ll be the

bridge between design, suppliers, and internal departments — ensuring

accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Review and approve QC (Quality Control) reports
• Manage document redaction and other general administrative documentation
• Order product samples for photography or internal review
• Create briefs for external partners and suppliers
• Request, collect, and organize assets from suppliers and / or buyers
• Generate and maintain barcodes and GTIN-14 codes

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in

business administration , or

Design Management

(or equivalent experience).

At least minimum

2 years of administrative or operations experience , in a creative or design-focused team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and / or project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Adobe Workfront)
