Job Summary :
As a Manager – New Product Development, Partnerships & Alliances at BigCity, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value partnerships with experiential businesses across India—including salons, spas, restaurants, nightclubs, and other venues. Your role will be pivotal in driving both new partner acquisition and long-term partner engagement while contributing to the creation of innovative Experiential Rewards. This is a highly target-driven role ideal for a self- motivated professional with a strong track record in sales and business development. Your success will be measured by your ability to build impactful partnerships, retain long-term association with partners, and contribute to the innovation of BigCity’s Experiential Reward Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships relevant to BigCity’s product categories
- and client campaign requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value deals across sectors like salons, spas, restaurants, nightclubs, and lifestyle venues to drive the Experiential Rewards Business at BigCity.
- Act as a key liaison between BigCity and external partners, representing the brand and its client objectives effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, product, and marketing teams to align partnership strategy with campaign needs.
- Lead negotiations, partnership proposals, and contract finalizations with potential partners.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure high engagement and retention across partner accounts.
- Develop innovative product ideas and co-branded campaign offerings in collaboration with partners.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to inform partnership strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of partner commitments within campaign timelines.

3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, B2B sales, and business developmentProven track record of delivering high-value targets and successful commercial outcomesExperience in marketing, brand tie-ups, loyalty programs, or promotional campaigns preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
