We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager who can manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and also support new business growth through lead generation and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for international clients (primarily Australia).
Build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing projects.
Identify and recommend additional marketing or creative services to existing clients.
Present new strategies or campaign opportunities that align with client goals.
Run and optimize paid lead generation campaigns targeted at the Australian market.
Qualify leads, understand their business needs, and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, performance marketing, design, content, etc.) to ensure deliverables meet quality and timelines.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and management.
Track and analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.
Maintain accurate documentation of client communication and campaign performance.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of digital performance channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proven experience managing or coordinating campaigns for international clients (preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
