Job Mission
You will be the strategic owner of our core digital acquisition channels. Your mission is to aggressively drive revenue growth and maximize profitability by planning, executing, and optimizing all performance campaigns across Meta and Google. A primary focus is to achieve a consistent 5−6x ROI / ROAS while significantly reducing our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience (Mandatory) : 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in Performance Digital Marketing for D2C or E-commerce brands.
- ROI / ROAS Track Record (Mandatory) : Verifiable history of successfully managing campaigns that consistently achieved 5−6x ROI / ROAS or higher.
- Platform Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Content Acumen (Mandatory) : Possesses a deep, actionable understanding of content and copywriting for digital ads and marketing funnels.
- Leadership : Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of performance marketing specialists.
- Bonus Skills : Experience managing performance campaigns on Amazon Ads and / or Flipkart Ads is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Rigor : Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to drive optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Campaign Execution
ROI Ownership : Plan, execute, and manage high-volume, high-budget digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Video) , ensuring a minimum 5−6x ROI / ROAS.CAC Reduction : Strategically analyze funnel performance and campaign data to identify and implement optimizations that continuously reduce the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) .Full Funnel Management : Own the optimization of the entire marketing funnel, from impression to conversion, ensuring seamless transitions across creative, ad copy, and landing pages.2. Creative & Content Strategy
Ad Content Mastery : Must have a strong, mandatory understanding of Content / Copywriting principles specifically for digital ads, ensuring copy is persuasive, tested, and aligns with campaign objectives.A / B Testing : Lead the rapid testing and iteration of ad creatives, copies, and audience segments to maximize conversion velocity.3. Leadership & Strategy
Team Leadership (Mandatory) : Must have previously led and mentored a team of Digital Marketers , managing their performance and ensuring strategic alignment.Budget Oversight : Manage and forecast substantial digital marketing budgets, providing clear reports on spend efficiency and future allocation strategy.
