About the Role

As a Category Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving smooth operations for the categories. You’ll work closely with category managers, supply, and cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and seamless execution of category initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Category Manager in day-to-day operations and execution of category strategies.
• Manage catalog accuracy — ensuring right product listings, pricing, content, and visibility.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and supply teams for inventory management and replenishment.
• Track and analyze key metrics like sales performance, stock levels, fulfillment rates, and margins.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives.
• Raise and resolve operational issues related to pricing, listings, or order fulfillment.
• Support new product launches and assortment expansion.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
