Client Servicing & Client Management :
- Develop and maintain strong, win-win relationships with clients by being dependable and proactive
- Act as a communication bridge between Indegene and clients; participate in meetings and status calls
- Anticipate execution challenges and manage client expectations through proactive communication
- Build networks within client organizations to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Lead weekly review meetings and work closely with the sales team to drive account growth
- Develop stakeholder relationships to enhance client engagement and brand visibility
- Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction
- Adapt communication styles and presentations based on audience and context
- Resolve stakeholder conflicts constructively to keep projects aligned with goals
Operations Management :
