Role Overview

Own end-to-end US technical hiring for SI partners & enterprises (SAP + non-SAP).

Deliver ≥2 closures / month on W2 / C2C with healthy margins.

Responsibilities

Source via Dice.com, LinkedIn (Global license), referrals & communities.

Qualify talent (developers → architects → functional), run debriefs & drive decisions.

Negotiate W2 / C2C, ensure 28–38% gross margin, close on time.

Manage vendors / MSP, maintain ATS dashboards, forecast with delivery.

Skills & Experience

5–8 years US IT recruiting (night shift) with consistent closures.

Strong W2 / C2C / 1099, immigration & compliance know-how.

Proven across SAP (BTP / EWM / BRIM / ABAP) & non-SAP (Java / .NET / Cloud / Data).

Bonus : MSP / VMS exposure; worked with Randstad, Xebia, Turing, etc.
