The Role

As our first

HR Generalist

, you’ll own and shape the entire people charter—from hiring to onboarding, performance to culture, and everything in between. You’ll work directly with the founders and have full autonomy to build the HR function from the ground up.

What You’ll Own

Hiring

: Run end-to-end recruiting—from sourcing to closing

Onboarding

: Design fast, effective, and warm onboarding experiences

People Ops

: Draft policies, manage records, ensure compliance

Performance & Growth

: Set up review processes, feedback loops, and engagement programs

Culture

: Drive rituals, offsites, and values that scale with us

Exits

: Run smooth, respectful offboarding when needed

You’re Right for This If You :

Have 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced / startup environments

Are high on ownership, bias for action, and love to build from scratch

Communicate clearly, listen deeply, and balance people + business needs

Are excited to shape a culture, not just support it
