We’re now looking to bring in an HR Manager to build and lead our HR function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Build the HR department from scratch — systems, policies, and processes
Handle end-to-end hiring across departments (field ops, marketing, admin, etc.)
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Drive performance reviews and annual appraisal cycles
Implement and manage HRMS tools for smooth operations
Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives
Partner with leadership on org structure and headcount planning
Maintain updated HR documentation and ensure compliance
What You’ll Need
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-scaling environment
Proven record of setting up HR functions from scratch
Strong understanding of recruitment, compliance, and appraisal systems
Excellent communication and people management skills
Hands-on with tools like Excel, Zoho People, or similar HRMS
