As our company continues its rapid growth, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for taking ownership of our People Operations and driving our strategy forward. You'll be the go-to person for all things related to employee experience, talent management, and organizational development. What you’ll do
Run People Ops end-to-end : recruitment, onboarding, administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Drive hiring execution : own the recruitment pipeline across functions, ensuring speed without compromising quality.
Ensure smooth onboarding : design and manage processes that set new hires up for success.
Implement performance practices : roll out lightweight review processes and feedback systems to support growth.
MaintaiN systems & data : manage HRIS, track people metrics, and ensure accurate reporting.
Be the first point of contact : support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions and needs.
Support culture & engagement : organize initiatives, events, and rituals that keep our team connected and motivated.
Work with leadership : partner with the Chief of Staff and founders to operationalize people priorities aligned with company growth.
What we’re looking for
6–8 years of
hands-on HR / People Ops experience , ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
Strong generalist across recruitment, People operations, and employee relations.
Comfort with building and improving processes from scratch.
A true operator : you get things done quickly, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools) and comfort working with data.
Someone who is pragmatic, detail-oriented, and excited to build a People function that can scale.
CTC : 40-45lacs INR.
