The Service Provisioning Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth activation, configuration, and maintenance of map data and services for internal teams and external customers. We need to processing all legal agreements, requests and change requests and to be very structured and accurate in our deliveries .
In this position you will get to know the software services TomTom sells and provide access for those to our B2B customers. You will be part of the Technical Support team
This role is responsible for provisioning access to map platforms, APIs, datasets, and visualization tools - ensuring accurate delivery and high service quality in alignment with customer requirements and internal standards. You will work closely with data engineers, customer success managers, product teams, sales and legal teams to ensure that customers and partners receive timely and reliable access to the services they license with TomTom. This role suits a hands-on, motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills.
What you'll do
Process, validate, and execute provisioning requestsand customer agreements via various systems. Configure user access, data feeds, and service parameters in various internal systems
Service provisioning :
Make sure that upon receipt of a legal contract, the necessary administration steps are taken
Jira tickets are opened and assigned to the proper delivery group
Services that are delivered by the team are provisioned and documented properly
Monitor service delivery progress and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
Collaborate with technical and product teams to troubleshoot provisioning and access issues.
Maintain detailed service records, configurations, and customer provisioning data
Maintain agood communication and collaboration with Sales, Legal, Product and other Delivery teams. Be the "translator" between different TomTom departments.
Reporting : monitor through SAP reports that the service provisioning and contract setup is done correctly and completely
Masterdata : create and manage SAP materials for service provisioning
Monitor team email, slack channel, Jira project to make sure new agreements are registered in Jira, questions are answered,, the proper groups have been notified and new requests are processedtimely.
Participate and work with ownership to different team projects
Identify opportunities to automate or improve provisioning workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal data governance, security, and service-level policies.
