Your main tasks will be in :

Ensuring Inventory under control.
Ensuring 100% Inventory accuracy.
Ensuring FIFO.
Ensuring 5S implementation at Stores and related areas.
Ensuring Job Work Supplier reconciliation every month.
Monthly Reconciliation & Sign-off Customer supplied parts.
Ensuring Zero COGI & Line stoppages due to SCM
Ensuring Gate entry Vs. GRN accuracy 100%
Ensuring Zero obsolescence cost due to storage & shelf life monitoring
Ensuring ZERO NC - in Internal & External audits.
Ensuring Scrap disposal as per SOP & Scrap reconciliation.
Ensuring safe and clean work environment to SCM team.
Leading - Cost reduction & kaizen - CI initiatives

What are we looking for

Applicants Must Have

Computer literacy (SAP, Excel, Access). Data analysis skills.

TPM & Lean principles. Ability to lead workshops. Project management.

Good ability for communication

Leadership

Rigor & result oriented

Openness to new ideas. Dedication to safety. Strong communication skills and ability to influence.' Hands on' approach.

Multi task abilities

A Bachelor Degree Mechanical, Automobile.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Stores. Equivalent by experience (Industry / Distribution with high diversity). SAP knowledge is a +.
