Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Officer based in Pune. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders and requisitions, and engaging in contract negotiations. Daily tasks include analyzing procurement needs, evaluating suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records and adhering to company policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation
• Analytical Skills for evaluating procurement needs and suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
