Project Role Description :
- Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability.
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC).
- Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.Provide solutions to work-related problems.Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.Assist in system upgrades and enhancements implementation.Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.Document and maintain system configurations and processes.Participate in on-call support rotations for critical incidents.Professional & Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).Strong understanding of database management and optimization.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.Hands-on experience with SQL and database query optimization.Additional Information :
Minimum 5 years of experience required, with at least 3 years in Oracle PLSQL.Position located at Mumbai office.15 years of full-time education required.Skills Required
