Job Description : Techno-Functional Analyst
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Analyst with strong analytical and technical capabilities to collaborate with global clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background in mathematics or engineering, with exceptional problem-solving skills. This role requires an individual with 2+ years of experience in software specification definition, client engagement, and project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and hands-on experience in business requirements documentation, system design, and reporting tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering :
- Collaborate with global clients to understand and capture business requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions, gather client feedback, and translate business needs into clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) .
- Prepare diagrams and documentation to represent business processes and system designs.
- Design & Specification Management :
- Lead and manage design requirements , ensuring the delivery of accurate specifications that meet client needs.
- Break down tasks and assign them to team members, ensuring clarity on deliverables.
- Document system designs that include logic flows, screen layouts, databases, and report requirements.
- Project Management & Task Breakdown :
- Develop and manage project plans , timelines, and schedules using Microsoft tools such as Teams, Project Plan, and Excel .
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.
- Technical Knowledge & Collaboration :
- Understand technology systems including system architecture, screen design, logic, and database structures (e.g., SQL ).
- Create and modify SQL queries for data extraction and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system design, development, and integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data & Reporting Tools :
- Design and implement reports using tools like Power BI , ensuring data accuracy and visualization.
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights.
- Documentation & Diagramming :
- Use tools like Visio to create flowcharts, process diagrams, and system maps.
- Develop professional presentations using PowerPoint for client meetings and project updates.
Key Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Mathematics , Engineering , or a related technical field with a minimum of 75%+ marks .Schooling : ICSE / CBSE education with strong English communication skills.Experience : 2-3 years of experience in :Defining and managing software specifications .Working with multiple clients on various projects.Engaging in project management , including task breakdown and team coordination.Technical Skills :Strong understanding of SQL , database concepts, and system logic .Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Visio, Project Plan, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel .Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools .Ability to interpret and design system screen layouts and database structures .Personal Attributes :
