Responsibilities
- Network with brokers, consultants, developers, and landlords to source suitable properties.
- Conduct pre-feasibility analysis of sites – covering real estate factors, business estimates, project suitability, basic legal papers, and licenses.
- Negotiate and close all deliverables for sites in the required format.
- Present site feasibility packages to senior management.
- Complete due diligence and legal agreements for deals.
- Ensure all landlord deliverables (due diligence, agreement signing, project deliverables pre & post-construction) are met.
- Provide tactical marketing promotion support for store openings.
- Asset management – resolve landlord-related issues for operational stores in the territory.
- Manage documentation to maintain records of key property approvals.
Qualifications
Qualification : Postgraduate, preferably with a specialization in Sales & Marketing, Finance, or dual specialization.Experience : 6–10 years of prior work experience.Required Skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration and team player mindset.Clear and concise communication skills – verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets).Process orientation.Strong negotiation skills.Preferred Industry : QSR, Retail, FMCG.Skills Required
