Role & Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution :

Assist in organizing and coordinating school-level events such as campus activations, product launches, exhibitions, open houses, and networking sessions.

Work alongside the team to help manage event logistics and timelines.

Support the coordination of various event-related activities in alignment with marketing objectives.

Marketing & Outreach :

Assist in executing marketing campaigns aimed at schools and students.

Help establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, principals, and career counselors.

Support the creation of marketing materials like brochures, banners, and digital content to promote events and activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

Gather feedback from schools and students to support marketing strategy development.

Represent the organization at selected school fairs, education expos, and other community events.

Ensure timely communication with school representatives regarding promotional activities.

Digital & Social Media Marketing :

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support and enhance the organization’s social media presence, especially targeting school audiences.

Assist in maintaining branding consistency across various online and offline channels.

Travel Requirements :

The role involves regular travel to schools and educational institutions for outreach activities and event coordination.
