Job Title : Senior Digital Business Analyst.

Department : Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS).

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai.

Experience Level : 8+ years (preferred).

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domain.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and collaboration skills, along with hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory management, data science, and analytics.

Exposure to AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Drive initiatives in supply chain forecasting, inventory management, and process optimization for the HLS sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and domain experts to design and deliver digital solutions.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure high data quality and actionable insights.
• Contribute to data science and analytics initiatives to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improving supply chain efficiency and predictive accuracy.
• Create detailed documentation, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution delivery.
