Role Description
- Collaborate with P&C leaders and transformation teams to facilitate organizational design and workforce planning, leveraging Orgvue.
- Utilize Orgvue to model and analyze organizational structures, ensuring reporting lines and role clarity are optimized.
Planning and Deliverables :
Partner with the Global Business Services Transition team to develop and track timelines for P&C activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives across multiple functions.Craft detailed P&C plans for affected functions, covering all necessary activities to engage stakeholders and drive successful delivery.Create a master position list to streamline cross-functional collaboration on role levelling, pricing, and recruitment effortReporting :
Provide PMO support during weekly recruitment progress calls, keeping stakeholders informed of risks and issues.Assist the Head of Transformation and Strategy with the compilation of the Recruitment Dashboard, tracking progress against key recruitment activitis.

Project Management Expertise : Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizingeffectiv ely.Stakeholder Management Sk ills : Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex environments, driving change and resolution.Communication Profici ency : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and engagingly.Organizational Ac umen : Strong organizational abilities with experience in implementing PMO processes that enhance efficiency and minimize risk.Technical Sk ills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Or gvue is a pus . Educatioal Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus!
