Role Description

  • Collaborate with P&C leaders and transformation teams to facilitate organizational design and workforce planning, leveraging Orgvue.
  • Utilize Orgvue to model and analyze organizational structures, ensuring reporting lines and role clarity are optimized.

Planning and Deliverables :

  • Partner with the Global Business Services Transition team to develop and track timelines for P&C activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives across multiple function
  • s.Craft detailed P&C plans for affected functions, covering all necessary activities to engage stakeholders and drive successful deliver
  • y.Create a master position list to streamline cross-functional collaboration on role levelling, pricing, and recruitment effort
  • Reporting :

  • Provide PMO support during weekly recruitment progress calls, keeping stakeholders informed of risks and issu
  • es.Assist the Head of Transformation and Strategy with the compilation of the Recruitment Dashboard, tracking progress against key recruitment activiti
