OVERVIEW
QA Specialist ensures the quality and accuracy of asset types and deliverables for every assembly line before they are marked complete. They are responsible for identifying potential issues, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards, and ultimately contributing to a positive customer experience. QA Specialist will be responsible for quality metrics, proof to brief and coordination of feedback and change rounds with RS Global and markets.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 70% quality assurance on content & brand assets post production
- 30% collaboration on change round & feedback with onshore & market owners
QUALITY ASSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for content factory post production deliverables through monday.comReport on weekly / monthly / quarterly project / asset delivery status, quality metrics, change rounds to the GCC lead and business stakeholders.Thorough understanding of marketing and / or creative asset type delivery and quality standard of Randstad brand.Accurately assess proof to brief and coordinate with RS Global and / or markets for feedback and change rounds through monday.comPlan, manage and project supply / delivery volume with Accenture.Manage assembly line delivery timelines, track delivery, and monitor progress, ensuring clear communication on status and deliverables.Manage priorities with Project coordinator and resource allocation across the assembly lines in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.Facilitate smooth collaboration and communication between stakeholders and the GCC team throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks impacting project delivery (time, resource, quality).SKILLS
Experience with marketing and creative quality assurance in all forms (text, audio and visual)Experience with a marketing / creative project management system (e.g, monday.com)Excellent project and organizational management skills, highly organized and ability to multitask effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of marketing / creative asset types and adherence to brand guidelines.Understanding / awareness of marketing and gen AI creative toolsAwareness of top, middle and bottom-funnel marketing and / or creative asset types that drive revenue and maximize ROIIn-depth understanding of and ability to execute on quality metricsExcellent time management skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to apply strategic thinking to all business challenges and opportunitiesEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BA / BSc in related field of study from an accredited college or equivalent experience7+ years of marketing QA experienceWorking knowledge of project management and automation platform monday.com to ensure offshore team alignment with marketing workflows is a mustWorking knowledge of marketing automation and creative platforms like asana, canva, adobe, etc is a plusWorking knowledge of quality checks with respect to written and translated text, is a plus.Has worked with third party vendors like marketing agencies to drive delivery excellence, is a plus.
