Technical Assistant to ED

for leading steel industry.

Location : Andhra Pradesh

Exp : 8+

Qualification : BE / B. Tech Civil, Mechanical, Electrical.

Responsibilities : Project Planning

Project lifecycle cost, capital expenditure plan, financial feasibility studies by NPV & IRR Analysis and Sensitivity Analysis.

Creating detailed project report, and execution plan.

Defining Project work and cost breakdown structure.

Technology tie-up and new vendor development

Procurement expedites.

MIS reporting and analysis for lagging and leading indicators

Handling issues and claims with vendor

Engaging with vendor in technical commercial discussions

Monitoring and controlling on-going project’s progress ensuring adherence to proposed timelines. Preparation recovery / catch up plan for delayed projects.

Worked at site during project execution will be an added advantage
