Infrastructure Support Engineer

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer – IT to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and administration, along with expertise in firewall management, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and troubleshoot Fortigate Firewall , Microsoft 365 , and Aruba AP environments.
• Provide IT infrastructure support for laptops, desktops, servers, Cisco routers, and IPBX systems .
• Oversee Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, and File Server management.
• Maintain and monitor door access controllers, time attendance machines , and related hardware components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, security, and system performance.
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Education : B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in IT, Computer Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 2+ years in IT Infrastructure Support and Administration.
